This week on 2 Dads 1 Car (and from sunny California!), we talk to Rudhir Krishtel, a devoted father and thought leader who has not only been hugely influential in my life, but has devoted himself towards guiding generations of professionals towards self-understanding and purpose.
In our conversation, Rudhir contemplates the evolution of his parenting style in close relation to the development of his relationship with his wife, and the importance of complementing one another while remaining aware of your influences. Rudhir also dives into how to overcome hesitation to progress, and how his method of transcending this “electric fence” in life can guide parents towards raising their children with greater authenticity and intentionality.
